- 1 (8 oz) Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 tbsp sugar
Ingredients
- In a food processor or blender pulse cranberries and water until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan, and add the chia seeds and sugar. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes or until the amount of liquid has reduced by half.
- Spoon jam into a glass jar with a tight fitting lid, and let it cool to room temperature.
- Add jam to rice pudding. Serve cold or hot.
