  • 1 (8 oz) Señor Rico® Rice Pudding
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 tbsp sugar


  • In a food processor or blender pulse cranberries and water until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan, and add the chia seeds and sugar. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes or until the amount of liquid has reduced by half.
  • Spoon jam into a glass jar with a tight fitting lid, and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Add jam to rice pudding. Serve cold or hot.
